I have to agree with the other reviewer, the chain loop over the onion IS a bit annoying, but not prohibitively so. I've had my watch for 4 months now and as long as I wind it (almost every day) it seems to keep perfect time.

The best part about this watch is the look. I will often take out this watch, think "wow that looks cool", then realize I don't know what time it is as I put it back in my pocket. It looks that good! The watch has a good heft to it, but still fits perfect in the watch pocket in your jeans (FYI: the little pocket on the right that doesn't seem to be good for anything, yes this is what it's for). I have yet to find as beautiful of a mechanism for the money in another watch.

Caution: For those of you who have never owned a mechanical watch, it ticks. This one ticks four times per second. If you have a nervous tick about ticking it might tick you off. On the other hand it's soft enough I don't notice it any more, and I work in an office. Give it a week and you won't notice it either.
