Very nice time piece. Good Customer Service. Amazon has their own Jewelery and Watch Department. If you need correct information, ask to speak with them.

The watch band was huge. More for a man's wrist. I immediately took it to my local Jeweler. It took him a little time, but it fits now. He didn't charge all that much to shorten it. it's definitely a substantial watch.

The unnecessary confusion and hesitation that I had was due to incorrect product specifications posted on the listing. I compared with Michele specs, and was concerned that I wasn't getting the correct watch. Watch was the correct one, Amazon specs were wrong. Also, the crystal is listed as mineral in the specifications. it is Sapphire. Important little things like that cause customers to doubt the authenticity of the product.

The price was excellent. I did my homework and this was definitely the best price, that I could have gotten; without worrying that it was a fake. Amazon double checks the serial numbers, with Michele Master List, before shipping.

Thank God, they had all the watch settings, set for me. I would still be trying to set all the dials!

The watch was sent free over night shipping. This made me very happy. The big drawback was: It was sent UPS. I stayed home all day awaiting delivery. Finally at 4:45, I checked the tracking number supplied,to me. It said Delivered. I ran to the door. Yep, there it was... A $1,270.00 watch sitting on the edge of the, open to the street, front steps. They didn't even bother to ring the door bell. Amazon should find a much better carrier to deliver expensive purchases. Shame on UPS.

All in all, would I recommend purchasing a fine time piece from Amazon? Yes, definitely. Would I recommend purchasing a Michele Watch... So far, yes. I'll keep you posted (:
