The manufacturer changed this watch from a Lady Liberty Walking half dollar to a Kennedy half dollar. Not sure why they did that as I don't feel the Kennedy half dollar is all that special - maybe it's my age and because I've had several of those since my childhood? This picture shows the inside of the Lady Liberty so that is what I thought I was ordering as there are some still on the market. When it arrived for our son's 18th birthday it was the wrong watch - Kennedy not Lady Liberty. Kind of spoiled his HUGE birthday surprise as he has wanted a pocket watch for years. I guess that's what I get for waiting till the last minute to order the watch ;) Seller was totally unaware of the change in the product BUT were VERY nice about the mix-up and promptly issued a refund with no problems. All in all a great seller, they just need to keep their products pages up to date and be aware of what they are actually selling. We found the correct watch (for a much higher price) on another web site and our son is ecstatic with his new watch! There is another brand in Jewelry stores that has walking Lady Liberty on the cover but a plain face on the inside - we liked this one because of the eagle obverse on the inside. The Charles Hubert walking Lady Liberty watch is a beautiful watch, if you can find one get one !
