I really liked this watch, very pretty, looked like it was well made, etc, etc. However, after having the first one for about a week the (what I considered to be the second hand.. although it's really a timer) anyway.. it would not return to the 12 o'clock marker when reset. It would stop at 1 o'clock, then 2 o'clock, it keep slipping down the dial. I called Bulova, and the person there told me to take the back off, and tighten down the stem... I'm like, huh? Do what? I said "won't that create a problem with the water resistance feature?" He told me to just put some silicon on it before I closed the case... he said "you are a jewelry shop, right"? I said "no, I'm the customer.." he said "oh, then just take it back to the store or send it in for repair?

So I took it back and got another one. This one, the second hand didn't dislocate, however, it would fill with water when I showered with it on!! It's supposed to be water resistance. I didn't dive with it, or do anything crazy.. just showering???

I thought seriously about giving it a 3 strikes and you're out, but decided to move on to another brand. I'm very disappointed in the quality Bulova is putting out, I always considered them to be of high quality and am surprised with this lack of QA on their products. I would like to tell them about my disappointment with their product, but find no email address to send a consumer issue to on their website.. just disappointing.
