My husband bought me this watch from Nordstrom, and I thought I would be thrilled to get it. When it came it looked beautiful in the box,and the face was easier to see than I thought it would be. My only issue was the watch band. It looked like cheap gold plastic, and I told my husband I would be embarrassed to wear it. For that reason I had to send it back. I kept it for a few days looking at it and wearing it for a few minutes to see if the band really made any difference to me. I just couldn't get past how cheap it looked, so sadly we sent it back. The face of the watch is very pretty, not gaudy at all. Just the ugly colored band.
