This is a very white, shiny watch. My wife called it "very nursely" though she will not be wearing it for her clinical instruction, This will be her stunt watch for exercise and walking.

It is nice and light and a good size for time reading. The bezel rotates easily but does not lose its setting. The gold paint accents look good and are recessed, so I hope they will last.

After all, my wife IS wearing this to clinical instruction, since it goes so well with her whites.

I had been looking for this watch style for quite awhile. The prices of watches, at the stores, ranged from $48 to $200. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing an $8.00 watch, but after reading all the other reviews, I thought I would give it a chance. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The watch is exactly as pictured and described. It actually looks so much better than many I saw in the department stores. I have a small wrist, but it was no problem to trim/cut the band to better suit my wrist. It looks great! I was so amazed that a nice looking watch could be purchased at such a low price... plus the shipping charges can't be beat. I paid $10.94 inclusive of shipping... what a fantastic buy. Casio Women's BG169G-4 Baby G Pink Champaign Watch Review

I recently bought it from Macy's as I did not see any deal at Amazon. I usually avoid paying full price. This is my third G-Shock/Baby G and 7th Casio digital watch. Very pretty unique color and can be worn dressed up or down. The band is a lot more comfortable and a bit longer than my other Baby-G Casio Women's BG1302-2ER Baby-G Blue Bezel Shock Resistant Watch. I just wish it has solar power like Casio Women's LWS200H-8ACF Solar Runners 120-Lap Digital Sport Watch.
It also matches with my medium skin tone. I'll post a picture under customer's image section.

Update 8/28/13: It has been about 9 months since I bought this watch in late December and I wore it more than any other watches I have. I wore it to the swimming pool ~4-5 times a week and the color is still as new. I just rinsed off every time I came out of the pool and sometimes washed off with body wash or shampoo I use to clean up the sunscreen/lotion (I used both indoor and outdoor pools). Now I have well-tanned skin tone and this watch looks great and I am thinking of buying another for backup :)

I love watches...all kinds. I like ceramic watches, watches with leather bands, watches with fabric bands....watches with large faces, small, any and every color and sizes. Ok, I will admit, I have a watch fetish. Anyway, when I saw this watch offered by Fossil, I had to have it. First, I was intrigued by the color combination of rose (more of a pinkish gold, without being overbearing...kind of coppery) and gray leather. It is a wonderful combination. I simply love it. And believe it or not, it looks better than the picture. The face of the watch is more of a slate gray with rose accents (hour and minute hands). This watch looks fabulous with anything and everything.......casual or dressy. I've worn it with jeans, slacks, and a variety of colors! The band is thin and dainty, with rose embellishments, and has an old school charm. I can't say enough how much I love this watch. It is stylish and affordable. Kate Spade New York Women's 1YRU0008 Large Stainless Bracelet Gramercy Watch Review

My girlfriend wanted a nice dress watch for her birthday, so I began looking at mid-range brands such as Michael Kors, Fossil, Coach, etc. and came across this beautiful looking watch. I had handled several watches in this price range at a local department store and was fairly satisfied with how many of the $100-$150 watches were made. Upon receiving this watch, the first thing noticed was how cheap it felt. I did a quick search online and found that many of the reviewers had similar thoughts (I should have done more research before making a purchase). I figured with a name brand like this and the price higher than most of the nice watches I was looking at, I couldn't go wrong, right? Man was I wrong! This watch feels like its made of silver painted plastic. When holding the watch by the shell, I can move the bracelet about a quart-inch in either direction. The pieces rattle and creak just from holding the watch.. For most watches, the build quality and rigidity of the bracelet is a huge factor for me in determining the build quality. On top of the that, while many watches in or below this price range have nice, securing clasps that open and close with a push of a small button, this watch has none of that. The clasp literally snaps on to a horizontal bar and is held in place by the difference in the slightest variances in the size of the two connecting pieces. I can imagine that after many opening and closings that this connection would eventually loosen up and make the watch essentially unwearable. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed that this watch didn't live up to my expectations. I love the look of it and was sure my girlfriend would too, but at $200 the quality was flat out unacceptable. I'll be returning it and letting her pick out the one she likes.
