I bought this watch for my mother for Christmas. Within two weeks, one of the numbers apparently came unglued from the dial and effectively blocked the hands. Now it seems like I bought my mother a cheap watch (which I most certainly didn't - I would expect very good quality for the price paid) and I am left with the complicated situation of how to return it. My mother lives in Canada, while I am in the US and will not see her for quite a while.
