I needed a watch with alarms and timers because of needing to take doses of chelators every 2 hours. The directions are a bit confusing for using this watch and other people I know who have bought this for the same reason have said the same thing - takes some time and trail and error to figure out how to use it. I am still struggling with it. My opinion - directions need to be clearer and larger print would help. Practically need a magnifier to read them.
