I bought this watch for my girlfriend for Christmas after she had pointed out some similar watches and told me that she wants a rose gold, "blingy" watch. This watch does not disappoint, though I will note that the color in the picture is pretty close to the actual color - it's not a deep rose gold like some Michael Kors offerings, but a nice, paler color. The diamonds surrounding the watch catch the eye but at the same time are understated; the face is not a flat white, but rather it shimmers under light. Overall quality seems excellent.

In terms of reliability, I've had a men's Citizen Eco-Drive for the past 5 years or so and it has never lost time or needed any maintenance, so I'm confident that this watch will perform similarly. I'll try to update this review with her reaction once I give it to her!
