I am revising my review because the watch broke after only 1 month of review. The watch and the strap's connection broke and separated the watch from the strap. The plastic material seemed to have just chipped itself to the point of breaking by just normal everyday use of the watch. It was a beautiful gift that was ruined by such weak plastic material used that breaks with everyday use for only a month!

i bought this as a gift for my wife. when she received it she almost fell in tears and was touched. She wears this watch as a sporty timepiece for her active lifestyle. she is an emergency room nurse, and this sturdy timepiece would keep up with the hectic job.

the design compliments all her scrubs that she wears during her work at the ER.

before i gave her this watch i inspected it myself, materials looks and feels tough, and the color is just right, sporty and sexy.

Citizen Women's EM0093-59A Ciena Eco-Drive Rose Gold Tone Watch Review

I bought this watch for my girlfriend for Christmas after she had pointed out some similar watches and told me that she wants a rose gold, "blingy" watch. This watch does not disappoint, though I will note that the color in the picture is pretty close to the actual color - it's not a deep rose gold like some Michael Kors offerings, but a nice, paler color. The diamonds surrounding the watch catch the eye but at the same time are understated; the face is not a flat white, but rather it shimmers under light. Overall quality seems excellent.

In terms of reliability, I've had a men's Citizen Eco-Drive for the past 5 years or so and it has never lost time or needed any maintenance, so I'm confident that this watch will perform similarly. I'll try to update this review with her reaction once I give it to her!

Update: she loves it! Enough said.

I absolutely love this watch. The most difficult thing about this watch is deciding which color to buy first!!! The pictures on here don't really show how shiny the silver metal really is. It looks so much better in person. I was really amazed by the price that Amazon had listed because it was much lower than any where else. I have a very small wrist but the face isn't overwhelming in size and the adjustable band fits well. I do have it on the very last hole but I don't think my wrist will be getting any smaller.

The watch came with the pin pulled slightly out so that the battery wasn't wasted in the box. So it worked right out of the box for me. I'm a nurse and am very hard on metal watches and have been looking for a nice rubber watch for awhile. It's a nice watch for those people who don't want a tacky digital rubber watch and also need the water resistance. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!
